Terms and conditions of sale

1. Preamble

The present general conditions of sale govern all transactions carried out on the Déco Fleuriste site. Any order placed on the site implies unreserved acceptance of the conditions by the customer.

2. Object

This distance contract defines the rights and obligations of the parties in the context of the sale of Déco Fleuriste products on the Internet, via the secure platform of the Centre Monétique Interbancaire (CMI).
Deco & Marc is a trademark and service registered by Déco Fleuriste.

3. Definitions

• Remote contractAny contract for the sale of goods or services concluded on the Internet between Déco Fleuriste and a consumer.

• Consumerany natural person acting for private, non-business purposes.

• Order formA document indicating the characteristics of the products ordered and validated by the consumer's «double click».

• ControlA commitment by the consumer to buy and by Déco Fleuriste to deliver.

4. Products

Products are offered while stocks last. Déco Fleuriste reserves the right to withdraw an item from the catalog without notice and cannot be held responsible for technical incompatibility with the buyer's equipment.

5. Place an order

Choose your products and click on «Order» to add them to your order form.
You can modify your basket at any time or continue shopping. Once you have finished, click on «Pay» to confirm.
In the event of an error, you can request a cancellation by e-mail within 24 hours. Once the cancellation has been confirmed, you will be able to place another order.

6. Awards

Prices are displayed in Moroccan dirham (MAD), excluding taxes, and are valid at the time of ordering.
VAT is calculated according to the rate in force on the day of validation. Any change in the rate will be automatically reflected in the prices.

7. Order execution

Orders are fulfilled within a maximum of seven days from the day after validation.
In the event of unavailability, the customer may choose between a refund within thirty days or an exchange of the product.

8. Delivery

Delivery is at the buyer's expense, to the address indicated on the order form.
The customer must check the merchandise upon receipt and report any anomaly within 24 hours to Déco Fleuriste and the carrier.

Delivery charges
Transport costs are based on AMANA rates for registered mail in Morocco and abroad.
They are calculated on a weight basis and indicated on the invoice.
Grouping your orders reduces total costs.

Delivery times
Once payment has been received, your order will be dispatched within 48 hours (subject to availability).
Shipments are made by registered mail. Delays do not entitle the customer to compensation or cancellation.

9. Method of payment

Payments are made by the methods suggested on the dedicated page.
Transactions are secured by the Centre Monétique Interbancaire (CMI).
The consumer guarantees to have the necessary authorizations for the chosen method.
In the event of fraudulent use of a bank card, the legal provisions in force shall apply.

10. Data confidentiality

Information provided for order processing remains strictly confidential.
You have the right to access and rectify your personal data.

11. Cancellation of an order paid for by credit card

All cancellation requests must be communicated by e-mail for confirmation and processing after payment has been verified.

12. Right of withdrawal

After delivery, you have seven days to cancel your order and obtain a full refund.
You are responsible for return shipping costs. Only complete, unopened products in perfect condition will be refunded.

13. Warranty

All products are guaranteed for one year against manufacturing defects.
Damage due to misuse, accident or negligence is not covered.

14. Proof of transactions

The data recorded by the Centre Monétique Interbancaire on behalf of Déco Fleuriste constitutes proof of the transactions carried out between the customer and the company.

15. Force majeure

Déco Fleuriste is only bound by its obligations insofar as no event of force majeure prevents their execution.
